Max Pay: $102.79 W2
Contract role - 12 months with potential for extension

Description

The Strategic Project Lead will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making across business units. This role blends financial analysis and strategic thinking to evaluate business performance, inform long-term planning, and develop data-driven recommendations that supports operational and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical foundation, experience from investment banking or management consulting, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling insights for executive audiences.

Required skills and experience:

· 3+ years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related, analytical role.

· Strong foundational knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

· Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related, quantitative field

· Demonstrates strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skill with an ability to synthesize fundings for an executive audience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment, but also the ability to lead projects and operate independently when needed

· Strong project and time management skills, especially an ability to handle competing priorities effectively

Nice-to-Have skills and experience:

· Priori experience with a large investment management, asset management, or financial services firm

· Experience building dashboards, financial reports, or data visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

· Basic to intermediate coding or data manipulation skills (e.g., SQL, Python, advanced Excel)

· Exposure to cost management, operational finance, or enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
